Winter Warmer  -  August 14th (Sunday) midday until 2pm, Levin Showgrounds, in the Presidents Room

For current members, or anyone with birds, who is interested in hearing more about our Club.

Come and chat to us about your birds and your plans for this coming season

Looking for a rare / heritage breed? We might be able to help source birds bred to a good standard. Or hatching eggs.

Interested in showing?  Or perhaps you are interested for self sufficiency reasons, or as pets. Come along.  Everyone is welcome.

Got a question about poultry/pigeon keeping? Come and ask.   Some of our members have several decades of experience.

Hot drinks available and a shared lunch if you wish to eat with us (if so, bring a small plate of food for sharing)

RSVP in advance if you can please, so we can get a rough idea of numbers for refreshments. However, if you aren’t sure of your plans yet and find yourself passing on the day, do pop in and say hi.

* note, there won’t be birds at this event, this one is purely for the humans! We will likely have a Sale in Spring, so if you are on the look out for anything in particular, let us know.

Directions to President’s Room:  If entering grounds via Victoria St, bear right and follow the road around the side of the larger halls. The President’s Room is a smaller building on the left.
