Dinner bookings – need to be confirmed by 24 June – paid before 27 June.

$45 per person (includes $10 worth of casino tickets), cash drinks bar is available.

Every dinner booking gets 5 tokens (to the value of $10) for the casino night games/auction.  Extra tokens can be bought at $2 each, we will have an eftpos machine there.

Held at the Levin Cosmopolitan ("Cossie") Club – parking is behind the building, off Ward St, Levin

You don’t have to be booked in for dinner to be part of our fun Casino Night – everyone is welcome.  All dinner participants will be given a dinner pass.
 

5pm – Pre dinner drinkies

6pm – official opening and prize giving

6.30pm – Dinner is served

8.00pm – Casino games begin

10.00pm – Auction off of the goodies bought with your Casino winnings!

 

The Cossie Club will welcome any Poultry/Pigeon people from 3pm.  You don’t need to be a member of the Cossie club to buy a drink, as we’ve bought a special licence for the evening (for our group).

Menu:

Roast Pork with crackle, gravy & apple sauce

Roast Beef with horseradish sauce & gravy

Vegetables:   Roasted potatoes, pumpkin & kumara, peas & carrots, cauliflower &  cheese sauce

Salads:  Tossed salad, coleslaw, pasta salad, waldorf salad, potato salad

Desserts:  Pavlova with cream, fruit salad, cheesecake, brandy snaps, lemon meringue slab

 

RAFFLE:     tickets $3 each or 4 for $10

We have some wonderful prizes up for grabs – so don’t forget to get your tickets….  On sale Friday till Sunday morning breakfast, when it will be drawn.

All the prize items will be laid out on the table for viewing.

When you win an auction, you have the pick of any prize on the table (providing the reserve has been met).

And once you’ve won an auction and selected your prize, you are not able to bid in the following auctions – this is to give everyone a chance to bid and win.

If you bid more than the tokens you hold, you can pay the balance on eftpos/cash.
