Manawatu A&P Show 2nd Nov - SELLER REGISTRATION 

Please read this information first then scroll down to a simple registration form at the bottom of this page.  Once you have filled it out, make sure you hit the submit button, otherwise your details may not be saved. Information and instructions

We will have a sale bird area at our poultry show within Manawatu A&P Show, 2nd November, at Manfeild Park, Feilding. 
If you wish us to sell birds on your behalf at this event, please fill out the form further down this page. Once reviewed, and accepted by the sales team, we will forward you our sales terms and allocate you a seller number. Please register by Tuesday 29th October, to give us time to complete sales paperwork in advance.

We will pen sales birds in club cages. Use of these is free of charge on this occasion, but we will have limited numbers. They will be allocated on a first come, first served, basis.

Note: If any of the birds you have for sale are also entered in show classes, you don't need to enter them here as well. We capture that info via the show entry form. This is for sale only birds. 

No crossbreed roosters. If you have a true to type, recognised, heritage breed rooster you would like to offer for sale as a breeding prospect, fill out his details below and we will be in touch to discuss before the event. Breeding pairs or groups (male + female(s)) of good quality and type are acceptable, 
   

Sale, Drop off/ uplift timings:  
Main show gates will be open to the public between 9 am and 4 pm on Saturday 2nd Nov. Seller to bring sale birds to the Manawatu A&P Show (Manfeild Park) ideally the day before - Friday 1st, between 3 pm - 7 pm. Alternatively you can drop them off on the main show day 2nd Nov until 10.30am, please be aware that the Club poultry show is within the Manawatu Show and a main gate entrance fee may apply on Saturday (see Manawatu A&P show website for more information).
 
Any unsold birds must be uplifted by 4pm Saturday 2nd Nov.

Birds sold - 20% sales commission to the Club fundraiser. Sellers will be paid the balance, by the Club, by internet banking. We will aim to do this within a week of the sale. Please include your bank details below (this will be kept confidential and only used for these purposes).

SELLERS - If making multiple sales entries of different breeds or prices, submit a new form (below) for each group
 (you only need to put your bank account details on the first one)
 
All bird and egg sales MUST go via the Club Sales Desk on the day. 20% of sales to the Club Fundraiser. 

We will have some CARDBOARD BOXES available for buyers to transport their birds home in, but further donations of these (when you drop your sale birds off) are always appreciated to ensure we have enough to go around. 

MAKE SURE YOU HIT SUBMIT AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS FORM TO ENSURE WE RECEIVE YOUR SALE ENTRIES.
