Cost of a stall at our May show at Manfeild is $25 per stall. If a club table is required to be borrowed, the fee will be $50. Please email us to arrange

A stall is defined as one table within a 3m x 3m space. Stall holders may purchase additional space if required.

The public will arrive between 1pm and 5pm on the Sat 9th May. You can set up your stall on Friday 8th May 2pm-8.30pm (preferred) or Sat morning. Please be aware judging will be taking place in the arena on Sat morning, so please do so quietly.

The arena will be locked up overnight.
