Seller registration Young Bird Show

YOUNG BIRD SHOW - SELLER REGISTRATION
We will have a sale bird area at our Young Bird Show, 28th April, at Oroua Downs Hall.
If you wish us to sell birds on your behalf at this event, please fill out the form further down this page so we can forward you our sales terms and allocate you a Seller number.

Note: If any of the birds you have for sale are also entered in show classes, you don't need to enter them here as well, as we capture that info via the show entry form. This is for sale only birds. This is a general sale, not just for young birds.

Birds will be for sale as normal (set price) but we may also select some to go into a Silent Auction.
Sale, Drop off/ uplift timings:
The Bird Sale will start around 11.30am. Seller to bring sale birds to Oroua Downs Hall between 9.30-10.30am, to give us time to complete paperwork and cage them. Any unsold birds must be uplifted by 4pm.
Birds sold - 15% Sales Commission to the Club Fundraiser. Sellers will be paid the balance, by the Club, by internet banking. We will aim to do this within a week of the sale. Please include your bank details below (this will be kept confidential and only used for these purposes).

SELLERS - If making multiple sales entries of different breeds or prices, submit a new form (below) for each group (you only need to put your bank account details on the first one).

All bird and egg sales MUST go via the Club Sales Desk on the day. 15% of sales to the Club Fundraiser.

We will have some CARDBOARD BOXES available for buyers to transport their birds home in, but further donations of these are always appreciated to ensure we have enough to go around.

Club cages required? Are your bringing your own cages to display birds? Or would you prefer to use Club cages at the sale? Numbers are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. 3 birds max per cage (depending on bird size).
